We specialize in custom concepts at all levels ranging from custom hillside homes to simple additions and yard designs. We also bring a familiarity with the various requirements of the larger architectural committees throughout the valley along with the hillside restrictions enacted by multiple municipalities and counties.
RESIDENTIAL &
COMMERCIAL DESIGNS
Residential design services include new residences, guest houses, additions, remodels, studios, and luxury garages. Commercial services include new structures, tenant improvements, bars, restaurants, and clubhouse updating among many possibilities. 3D renderings and model making also are provided as desired or required. If you have existing plans and documents we offer consulting services to provide a review of your plans and to provide design options to get your project to the next level.
PLANNING &
SITE DEVELOPMENT
Project planning services include site plans, conceptual grading and drainage plans, site analysis and master planning along with meeting with architectural committees and municipal planning departments as required. We can also provide hardscape yard plans, conceptual swimming pool and landscape plans along with ramada plans to enhance the use of your new or existing property.
BUDGET, SCOPE &
CONSULTING
At KW Stafford Design we can provide design solutions to meet your budgetary needs as necessary, from a full set of construction plans to obtain building permits to schematic layouts to verify the feasibility that your project site or floor plan will meet your needs and desires. We also provide scope of work documents for your project that you can use with your contractors to verify that everyone is on the same page. We have available an extensive list of contacts for contractors, suppliers and engineers as needed depending on the size and scope of your project.
