Initial Conception:
We will meet with you, preferably at the property of your future project, at this time we will discuss your desires and goals in order to be on the same page regarding your style, ideas, must haves, and your budget among other considerations. Prior to the meeting we will research your property, municipal requirements, and potential questions to expedite the design process.
Conceptual Drawings:
After our meeting we will produce schematic drawings taking into account view angles, the desired architectural style, square footages, and site restrictions. We may also explore a variety of options at this time to provide you with the best possible design for your project that will meet your desires.
Construction Documents:
After refining a final design in the conceptual phase we will produce construction documents with the necessary details, notes, and additional drawings required to obtain a building permit from your municipality.
As a small firm we have been able to provide personalized service for our clients to bring them complex project designs that meet their needs while still providing affordable pricing for our product. Our designs are customized layouts that encompass all the specifics of your project site, your style, and your dreams. From conducting our due diligence at the initial conception process to working with your contractors your project is important to us and we will strive to provide you with our best.
Kenton Stafford founded KW Stafford Design in 2018, after being employed by an award-winning architectural firm for 29 years, bringing extensive expertise in a wide variety of design styles, unique floor plans, hillside site planning, and structural layouts. Concurrently he was the president of a licensed residential and commercial general contracting firm for 19 years, constructing several custom homes and commercial projects of up to 50,000 square feet in size. He has garnered valuable experience in all aspects of the building process from planning to completion which will allow for your project to move forward in a timely manner.
